Between July 31 and August 6, 2023, an event titled “Building the Global Workforce of the Future”—comprising ICESCO’s 3rd International CanSat (Model Satellite) Training Workshop and an Aerospace Symposium—was held under the moderation of Prof. Dr. A. Rüstem Aslan as part of the Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics’ 250th-anniversary celebrations. Throughout the workshop, teams developed small satellite models and gained hands-on experience with launch, data collection, and analysis processes. This event helped aspiring young engineers enhance their teamwork and engineering skills. During the workshop held in Cappadocia, teams developed small satellite models and experienced the processes of launching, in-flight data collection, and analysis. Through the launch trials, students had the opportunity to test the systems they had designed.
