Within the scope of the laboratory, the design, integration, testing, and software processes for nine CubeSats with varying mission payloads, sizes and hardware configurations were completed; their access to orbit was successfully managed and in-orbit communications, attitude control, and mission operations were successfully executed.
RAFS
Within the scope of this project, TÜBİTAK UME developed an Rb-based atomic clock. ITU will facilitate the testing of this atomic clock in low Earth orbit (LEO); orbital studies are currently underway. Collaborations with both domestic and international institutions İS established for the development of the satellite. The project aims to secure space flight heritage for an atomic clock system capable of being used in the country’s indigenous GPS satellites.

Pausat is a 16U-sized CubeSat focused on Earth observation and disaster management. Its mission is to capture high-resolution images of Earth. The project is owned by Pakistan Air University. It is one of the largest and most comprehensive CubeSats ever built.
The payload, SIMERA high-resolution camera, is a 12U unit that occupies the vast majority of the CubeSat.
